Subject	engine shuts down after idling about 5 mins and will not

Message	start back up. But will start up if I wait 10 mins (this just came up today and is the 2nd time today im sitting in a parking lot stranded). What might be the cause? I did change fuel filter engine is surging arouned 3,000rpm (engine has done this now for a month or two) I still do have a lean A/F ratio 15.9(ive left the boost control off untill I find out why) ">
